Great place let down by small faults. Liked: · Spacious apartment with good sized rooms. Also has all the facilities needed. Great central location. There are mini markets and a few bars, cafe & take aways near by. Walking distance to main bus route and local train station. Disliked: · Small faults that should have been picked up by the cleaning crews. Also flat door was open on arrival, but thankfully there is a secure main door. Sofa leg broken, so made temporary fix with a brick. One of bathroom spots not working, and shower hose slightly leaking. Contacted hosts via portal and also via their own website, but they never replied.
Lovely little flat. Easy access to local train station. We didn’t spend much time in the flat as out most of time and didn’t cook but kitchen looked functional. Quiet area. No noise at night. Attic flat with skylights so no views.
(One bed apt) Good points: great location - Feed is a lovely spot for lunch or coffee and there’s a great craft beer place as well as lovely bars/restaurants right on the door step. Less than ten minutes walk to the train station with direct quick links to central Manchester and Stockport. Nicely fitted throughout with modern furniture and appliances. Not many cups/mugs but enough for two. Good blackout blinds in the bedroom. Very comfortable bed but had to push the mattress right back in order to stop the pillows falling down the back. Bad points: the handheld shower didn’t work which wouldn’t have mattered but for the price we paid, absolutely should have been working, especially as someone said it was broken in Sept 2024! The overhead shower worked well but is difficult to use if you have longer hair and want to avoid getting it wet. Also, no shelf or soap dish so nowhere to put shampoo or soap. No options for firmer pillows. No info as to what to do with recycling or any info of any kind about the area, local transport, or the apartment itself.
Fantastic little apartment which is beautifully decorated. Modern clean and great communication. My business partner and I stayed there for a couple of nights instead of hotel. It was perfect we did a mix of eating out and making our own meals. Great location near shops etc would highly recommend it
